Next --- We take the results, approved by you prior to all builds, work out the specifics with pre-construction meetings and make it a reality; working with our structural engineers, the Builder / General Contractor and sub-contractors, interior decorators and the local community building departments. Construction drawings are developed, and a schedule working with the Builder / General Contractor is applied early on and adhered to by all parties.

 We stay involved from beginning to end; -- until you move in. These include excellence in all small functions, waterfalls etc., automation and all "Green" and self-suffeciency elements.

Next --- we work with the builder and sub-contractors on all progress to assure that ALL details are executed to a very high level of excellence for your 100% satisfaction. These include weekly reviews with the contractors and You the owner.
