Welcome to our Dimension 4 Design website. Hopefully our website will give you a better idea of who we are and what we can do for you.

Please keep in mind that through all of the 3D technology tools that we use for your Virtual tours during design, our architectural development, construction and engineering expertise there is only ONE thing that matters the most --- YOU!

We here at Dimension 4 Design desire to continually work to give you a home or building that you will simply Love! Many of our clients love their homes so much that they vacation in their home! I personally stay involved in your project from the very first time we meet until the time you move into your home. Our reputation is 100% customer satisfaction and I hope our company gets an opportunity to do the same for you.

We use 3D Design during the Design process to allow you to see yor actual home before and during the development process, before it is ever built - on your property, to assure that it is exactly what the finished product will be. We stay intimately involved from the very first time we meet you until you move into your home.

We are a full service Design company; meaning Architectural Design, Architectural Engineering, Structural Engineering, Mechanical Engineering and FULL customer support from beginning to end.

Our Design specialty is what we call "Vista View" Homes and Buildings. These are homes and buildings that have Fantastic views and very often are Waterfront, Mountainside, Plateau and Golf course views. These designs involve "Open Space" interiors, that bring along many unique features, the outside to the inside, and other features that create that "WOW" factor for your home.  The "WOW" factor also includes many other elements: Grand Entrances, Cantilevered Balconies, Floating Walkways, Grand Staircases, Interior Ponds / Creeks and many other special features that are unique for only your home; regardles of the size of your home. We have even done designs unique enough to allow hummingbirds to fly in and out of a home.

This also includes many other unique features getting lots of publicity recently, but have been applied here for some time and elsewhere for centuries.  They Include "Green Build", "Zero Energy", "Carbon Neutral", Passive and Active Solar, Geothermal, Wind and many other support systems for responsible stewardship that we all desire to demonstrate.
